From July 1985 to September 1995, Mr. Ludwick was Founder, President and Chief Executive Officer of SynOptics, an internetworking company. Mr. Ludwick holds a B.A. from Harvard College and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School.

Mr. Meyer has served as president of Operations and Sales at Sirius Satellite Radio since April 2004. He is also president of Aegis Ventures Incorporated, a consulting firm that provides general management services. From December 2001 until 2002, Mr. Meyer served as special advisor to the Chairman of Thomson Multimedia, Inc. From January 1997 until December 2001, Mr. Meyer served as the senior executive vice president for Thomson as well as chief operating officer for Thomson Consumer Electronics. Mr. Meyer holds a B.S. in Economics and an MBA from St. Bonaventure University.

Mr. O’Shaughnessy also conducts a consulting practice in the field of intangible intellectual asset management and also serves as a principal in Lake Street Holding, LLC, a company devoted to technology management. From 1996 until his retirement in 2004, Mr. O'Shaughnessy served as vice president and chief intellectual property counsel at Rockwell Automation. Prior to his service with Rockwell, Mr. O'Shaughnessy was a partner with Foley & Lardner, specializing in the firm's intellectual property practice. Mr. O'Shaughnessy holds a B.S. in materials engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center.

Since 2003, Ms. Quindlen has been a Director on the Board of Georgetown University. Since 1994, Ms. Quindlen has been a general partner or managing member of Funds VI-VIII with Institutional Venture Partners (IVP), one of Silicon Valley's leading investment firms, where she works with her partners to evaluate ongoing investments in IVP portfolio companies. Prior to joining IVP, Ms. Quindlen was a managing director at Alex Brown & Sons. Ms. Quindlen holds a B.S. in Foreign Service from Georgetown University and an MBA from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
