Mark A. Klein joined The State Bank and Trust Company on January 3, 2006, bringing with him nearly thirty years of banking industry experience. Under his leadership, The Bank has produced a management team of highly-motivated professionals with a passion for serving their customers and their communities. The Bank has become a profitable organization through effective planning and strategic changes with a goal of becoming a high-performing financial services organization. Mark was chosen by the Board of Directors to succeed Kenneth A. Joyce as SB Financial Group, Inc.’s President and CEO, effective January 1, 2010, along with continuing his leadership and direction of The State Bank and Trust Company as its President and CEO.

Mark, 55, previously held various executive positions at a $15 billion, regional banking institution in which he gained valuable knowledge and skills in lending and management while focusing on building shareholder value. He has brought those skills to SB Financial Group, Inc. leading State Bank to a higher performance level with a focus on operational efficiency, customer service, retail and commercial banking, and improved profitability through comprehensive sales initiatives.

Mark holds a degree in Finance from The Defiance College, a Master’s Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Bowling Green State University, and certification from the Graduate School of Banking - University of Wisconsin, Madison.

Mark is very active in the community holding leadership roles in numerous community organizations, including the Defiance City School Board of Education for the past twelve years, a trustee of the Defiance City Schools Foundation and the Defiance Area Foundation as well as ProMedica’s Defiance Regional Medical Foundation Board. He and his wife, Barbara, have two children, and live within the Rurban community footprint.

Anthony V. Cosentino has served as Executive Vice President of SB Financial Group, Inc. since March 2010. Mr. Cosentino is a 1983 graduate of Miami University in Oxford, Ohio with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting, and received his Master of Business Administration (Finance) from The Ohio State University in 1989. Mr. Cosentino has worked as a Senior Financial and Accounting Officer in the banking industry for over 25 years. He most recently served as Vice President for Financial Planning and Analysis at AmTrust Financial Corporation in Cleveland, Ohio from June, 2006 until December, 2009. Prior to joining AmTrust Financial Corporation, Mr. Cosentino was Chief Financial Officer of Fifth Third Bank of Northeastern Ohio, a subsidiary of Fifth Third Bancorp, from August, 1994 to May, 2006. Mr. Cosentino is a Certified Public Accountant.

Richard L. Hardgrove has served as Director of SB Financial Group, Inc. and The State Bank and Trust Company since 2004. Mr. Hardgrove served as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Eastern Region of Sky Bank, Salineville, Ohio from 1998 to 2001; Deputy Superintendent of Banks, State of Ohio from 1996 to 1998; Trustee of Akron Children’s Hospital from 1993 to 2004; Chairman of the Board of Akron Children’s Hospital from 1998 to 2002; Director of State Bank since 2004; Director of RDSI Banking Systems, Inc. (“RDSI”) since 2009.

Gary Cates has served in various executive capacities with the non-profit ProMedica Health System since 2000. He is currently President of ProMedica Defiance Regional Hospital, an acute care facility located in Defiance, Ohio. He also serves as President of ProMedica Transportation Network, based in Toledo, Ohio, which provides patient ground and air transportation across 27 counties in two states. Cates holds an M.B.A. degree from the University of Michigan, with concentration areas in Finance and International Business, and a B.A. degree in Journalism from Michigan State University. Since his move to the Defiance area in 2008, Mr. Cates has been active in a variety of civic and business activities, including serving as director on State Bank’s Defiance Advisory Board since 2012. He is a board member of the Defiance County United Way and a former board member of the Defiance Area Chamber of Commerce. He is also a member of the Rotary Club of Defiance.

Robert A. Fawcett has served as Director of SB Financial Group, Inc. since 1992 and as Director of State Bank and Trust Company since 2004. Mr. Fawcett is an Insurance and Sales Consultant, FRL/United Insurance Agency since 2002; Retired Agent, Fawcett, Lammon, Recker and Associates Insurance Agency, Inc., sales and service of property and casualty insurance since 1976; Vice Chair and Director, Putnam County MRDD Housing Board since 1986.

Gaylyn J. Finn has served as Director of SB Financial Group, Inc. and State Bank and Trust Company since January 2010. Mr. Finn served as Associate Vice President for Finance/Treasurer of Bowling Green State University from 1986 until his retirement in September of 2008. He has been a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) since 1974.

Mr. Isaac brings to Rurban over 30 years experience in real estate development and management, general law and accounting, having held executive level lending and general counsel positions for prior banking institutions. He currently holds the title of Executive Vice President of Isaac Property Company, where he is active in the development of commercial real estate and management projects throughout Northwest Ohio. He is an experienced attorney, having practiced general corporate law at a firm in Cincinnati, and has provided general counsel and management assistance in commercial loans and property asset restructuring for financial institutions in Texas. He holds a J.D. from Ohio Northern University Law School and was a member of the Law Review and an A.B. degree in Accounting and Economics from Duke University.

Mr. Isaac is a very active member of his community and various organizations. He is a member of the Toledo and Ohio State Bar Association’s, is currently serving as Chairman of the Board of Directors for the Toledo Zoo, is a member of the board of AAA Northwest Ohio and the Village of Ottawa Hills Zoning Commission, is Chairman of the Building Committee for Epworth United Methodist Church and was a past chairman of its Finance Committee; he has also been a past chairman of The Defiance College, and Junior Achievement of Northwest Ohio.

Mr. Isaac resides in Toledo with his wife and children and has an interest in outdoor activities.

Rita A. Kissner has served as Director of SB Financial Group, Inc. and State Bank and Trust Company since 2004. Principal Occupations: (Retired) City of Defiance, Ohio, served as Mayor from 1992 to 1999, Finance Director from 1987 to 1991, and Auditor from 1980 to 1986; Downtown Development Director, Defiance Development and Visitors Bureau from January 2007 to July 2008; Trustee, Vice-Chair, Defiance College Board of Trustees.

Thomas L. Sauer has served as Director of SB Financial Group, Inc. since 2005. He has served as Director of State Bank and Trust Company since 2004. Principal Occupations: (Retired) President and Owner of City Beverage, a beer distributor from 1969 to 2009; President of Sheep, Inc., a real estate holding company.

Timothy J. Stolly was elected to serve on the Boards of Directors of SB Financial Group, Inc. and The State Bank and Trust Company on August 18, 2010. Mr. Stolly will serve as a member of the Audit Committee and Loan Review Committee, and has been a member of the Lima Region Advisory Board since 2006. Mr. Stolly's term as Director will expire at the annual meeting of shareholders in 2012.

Mr. Stolly has over 30 years experience in the insurance industy. He joined Stolly Insurance Group in Lima, Ohio in 1979 after graduating from the University of Cincinnati, and became a co-owner in 1988. Mr. Stolly directly manages the Life, Health and Group Benefit Department, being responsible for the sales and services of all lines of Property and Casualty Insurance. He holds Life, Annuity and Series 6 Licenses and has earned the CPCU, LUTCF, and CIC designations. He is an active member of his community and various organizations, and is a current board member of the Professional Insurance Agents Association of Ohio.
