Mr. Cleveland has been the President, Chief Executive Officer, sole director and the majority shareholder of RENN Capital Group, Inc. since December 1973. He has also been the President, Chief Executive Officer and director of Renaissance Capital Growth & Income Fund III, Inc. since January 1994. RENN Capital Group, Inc. is the investment manager of Renaissance Capital Growth & Income Fund III, Inc., Renaissance US Growth Investment Trust PLC and Global Special Opportunities Trust PLC, investment trusts listed on the London Stock Exchange. Mr. Cleveland is a Chartered Financial Analyst with more than 40 years of experience as a specialist in investments in smaller capitalization companies. A graduate of the Wharton School of Business, Mr. Cleveland has served as President t of the Dallas Association of Investment Analysts.
