Cover-All Technologies Inc., through its subsidiary, Cover-All Systems, Inc., provides software products, services, and solutions to the property and casualty insurance industry. Its software products and services focus on the functions required to market, underwrite, rate, issue, print, bill, and support the life cycle of insurance policies. The software is licensed for use on the customer's data centers or can be provided through our applications services provider, referred to as "ASP," using third party technology platforms and support.
