Michael G. Ansay Chairman of the Board | Mr. Ansay is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ansay & Associates, LLC, a full-service, independent insurance agency providing integrated insurance, risk management, and benefit solutions to businesses, families and individuals. Also, he is a managing member of Ansay Real Estate. Mr. Ansay became a director of the Corporation and Bank in February 2010, and was appointed Vice-Chairman in February 2012. | Mr. Gregorski is the founder and Principal of Gregorski Development, LLC, a commercial real estate development company. The company’s portfolio of properties include single tenant retail buildings, multi-tenant retail buildings, ground leased properties, and vacant commercial land. He has developed numerous retail properties throughout Wisconsin, including Harbor Town Center in Manitowoc. Mr. Gregorski became a director of the Corporation and Bank in October 2010, and serves on the Corporation and Bank’s Audit, Executive and Nominating Committees. |

| Jennifer Foote Secretary | Ms. Foote was promoted to Senior Vice President - Enterprise Risk Management and appointed Corporate Secretary for Bank First National and its holding company in September 2010. Foote oversees risk management, compliance, internal audit, and corporate governance. She has been employed at the Bank since 1994. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. She is active in Women in Management as well as several local service organizations. |

Ms. O’Neill has more than 22 years of banking and financial markets experience. Prior to joining Bank First National in 2007, she was the Controller and Director of Financial Reporting at PrivateBancorp, Inc. headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to specializing in banking, she spent 10 years at Arthur Andersen working in its Financial Institutions Practice. She holds a Masters of Science in Accountancy from DePaul University in Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and French from Amherst College, Massachusetts. Ms. O’Neill is a Certified Public Accountant. |
