Michael G. Ansay
Chairman of the Board | Mr. Ansay is Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Ansay & Associates, LLC, a full-service, independent insurance agency providing integrated insurance, risk management, and benefit solutions to businesses, families and individuals. Also, he is a managing member of Ansay Real Estate. Mr. Ansay became a director of the Corporation and Bank in February 2010, and was appointed Vice-Chairman in February 2012. He serves as Chairman of the Corporation and Bank’s Compensation & Retirement Committee. He also serves on the Executive Committee. |

Chief Executive Officer and President | Mr. Molepske was appointed President and Chief Executive Officer and Chief Executive Officer of Bank First in May 2010 and December 2008, respectively. He has been with Bank First since 2005 in the capacities of Chief Executive Officer, Senior Loan Officer, Regional President and Executive Officer. He was appointed a director of the Corporation and Bank in December 2008. He is a director and Treasurer of the Bank’s data processing subsidiary, United Financial Services, Inc. He is also director and President of TVG Holdings, Inc., the Bank’s entity that holds its investment in Ansay & Associates, LLC, as well as a director of Ansay & Associates, LLC. | Mr. Brisch, retired, formerly served as the President and Vice President of Operations for Rockwell Lime Co. in Manitowoc, WI. He became a director of the Corporation and Bank in 2006. Mr. Brisch serves as a member of the Corporation and Bank’s Audit Committee, Compensation and Retirement Committee and Executive Committee. |

| Mr. Gregorski is the founder and Principal of Gregorski Development, LLC, a commercial real estate development company. The company’s portfolio of properties include single tenant retail buildings, multi-tenant retail buildings, ground leased properties, and vacant commercial land. He has developed numerous retail properties throughout Wisconsin, including Harbor Town Center in Manitowoc. Mr. Gregorski became a director of the Corporation and Bank in October 2010, and serves on the Corporation and Bank’s Audit, Executive and Nominating Committees. |

| Mr. Sachse is President and Owner of Landmark Consultants, Inc., a Consulting, Research, and Entrepreneurship Business. He is also owner of Landmark North, HTT, and Nutrients, Inc. David currently serves on two charitable boards and two private boards relating to banking, and machine/tool manufacturing. He became a director of the Corporation and Bank in June 2010, and serves on the Corporation and Bank’s Compensation and Retirement, and Executive Committees, and as Chairman of the Audit Committee. |

Secretary | Ms. Foote was promoted to Senior Vice President - Enterprise Risk Management and appointed Corporate Secretary for Bank First National and its holding company in September 2010. Foote oversees risk management, compliance, internal audit, and corporate governance. She has been employed at the Bank since 1994. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Wisconsin – Green Bay. She is active in Women in Management as well as several local service organizations. |

Chief Financial Officer | Lisa M. O’Neill serves as the Chief Financial Officer of First Manitowoc Bancorp and its banking subsidiary Bank First National. Ms. O’Neill has more than 22 years of banking and financial markets experience. Prior to joining Bank First National in 2007, she was the Controller and Director of Financial Reporting at PrivateBancorp, Inc. headquartered in Chicago, Illinois. Prior to specializing in banking, she spent 10 years at Arthur Andersen working in its Financial Institutions Practice. She holds a Masters of Science in Accountancy from DePaul University in Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and French from Amherst College, Massachusetts. Ms. O’Neill is a Certified Public Accountant. |

He has direct responsibility for regional banking services and has more than 30 years of community and commercial banking experience. An active member of the Oshkosh area communities, Dempsey serves on the UW-Oshkosh Advisory Board of Directors, President of Waterfest Concert Series, Chairman of the Business Recruitment Committee of Oshkosh Area Economic Development Corporation; Board Member of Oshkosh Industrial Development Corporation also volunteers at AirVenture and the EAA. He holds both his MBA and Bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh. |
